Nettle is a real miracle herb because it is not only packed with vitamins and minerals but also has a diuretic effect. In addition, you can consume this herb both as a tea and as a dish and it helps to lower your histamine.
7. Diuretic Supplements in Diet
Certain foods can also be very beneficial in diluting fluids. This is often because they naturally contain a lot of moisture. Examples include watermelon, celery, onion, grapes, garlic, and asparagus.
Do I need diuretic supplements?
Not everyone needs diuretic supplements, especially if you have little problems with fluid retention. However, you may benefit from taking these supplements if you notice that your body is retaining more fluid than usual.
Even if you do not have fluid retention, you can drink or eat these herbs. They are not harmful to health.
It is wise to always do this in consultation with your doctor because diuretic supplements can also function as blood thinners, which is not useful if you are already taking them yourself.
